Tatami-First Concept & Cleanliness

Beppu Hatto Onyado Nono requires all guests to remove their shoes upon arrival and store them in lockers at the entrance. The entire hotel, including corridors and elevators, is floored with tatami mats. Luggage wheels are cleaned on a special mat at the door before guests enter the lobby.
